1. Service

Quotation In Seconds provides industry quotation tools under your company account. A short free trial is included on registration. Continued use after the trial requires a paid access order.

2. Payment is order-based (not subscription)

This is not an auto-renewing subscription. Each payment is a one-time order that grants access for a fixed period:

• Monthly order - access for 30 days from activation (price per user)
• Yearly order - access for 365 days from activation (price per user)

Access does not renew automatically. When the paid period ends, you place a new order (or renew manually via our contact) to continue. No recurring charge is taken without a new order.

3. Placing a payment order

• Contact Support Team at +91 81082 21012 or +91 70454 65902 to place a monthly or yearly order.
• Share your company name and registered mobile number.
• After payment is confirmed, access is activated for the ordered period and user count.
• Prices shown on the pricing page apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Activation & refunds

Paid access starts when your order is activated on the account. Because access is digital and time-bound, fees for activated orders are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or if activation fails due to our error.

5. Your responsibilities

• Keep login credentials secure and use the service lawfully
• Ensure quotation content and client data you enter are accurate
• Pay only for the user seats / period you order
